Zecco has a solid Forex trading platform. Not all brokers offer that (especially discount brokers) so that was definitely a determing factor for me before choosing Zecco. So far so good and their practice version which lets you trade $50K of virtual funds was fun and a very educational tool.

Wish I had realized that they charge an annual IRA fee. My fault though, I should have read the entire fee schedule. Other than that, very competitive pricing.
