Reasonable trading fees, good “householding”, bill payment, credit card, great customer service, great service on auto loans, better than average insurance rates. I can buy or sell options with the spare cash in my bill paying account and their margin rates are reasonable. If one has a debit card, they even absorb a reasonable number of the fees other institutions charge to use the debit card.

I’m not crazy about doing business online. It’s new to me. On the other hand, I may like it. Time will tell. USAA has a great research department and I can use the online tools to help myself with the research. No commissions if you do it yourself and I get 50 free trades depending on what stock I am interested in if I trade online; I like that but still am unsure of the computer. I am learning . USAA offers great guidance and the CSRs are great. I am new at this and they are turning me into a pro. Love you USAA!
