TradeKing - "They have had several mergers in the last 2 years. There account records are now extremely hard to navigate. Last years 1099's were delayed till late February and had no cost basis. Prior to the mergers I was very satisfied."

TD Ameritrade that I closed my account and took a chance with TradeKing. It was night and day - I should have done that earlier. Their customer service is fantastic and their staff qualified. I wanted a discount broker and I was ready to tradeoff with customer service but I did not want to lose too much on the quality either. TradeKing exceeded my expectations."

TradeKing - "Statements and other tax info are online for an extended period of time. That came in handy last year when I got audited, I was able to go back 5 years (I think they keep the statements for only 2 years but the tax documents are online for 5 years). Great when you are not that good at keeping paper records."
